To ensure the continuation of this project, users wishing to gain access to some CPD activities will have to pay a small charge to cover the production and distribution costs for the learning activities and the CPD certificates. Royalty considerations will therefore be available to authors, which may be accepted or allocated at their discretion. All previously published or presented articles and presentations are welcome but it is the author's responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions. To qualify for royalty considerations, authors are required to accept an undertaking not to republish the submitted work in any commercial forum or publication without first notifying CPDConference.org.

To achieve our aim of affordable professional development and free access to the main Conference facilities we are actively seeking appropriate sponsorship and advertising. Kosmos Software Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship or advertising including printed and web-media for any reason.

All sponsorship or advertisements are subject to review and approval by the Principal Conference Committee (PCC). Kosmos Software Ltd also reserves the right at any time to discontinue the posting of any sponsorship or advertisements, even if they were approved previously, if the PCC believes they are not in keeping with the Conference standards. Sponsors or advertisers may be requested to submit evidence and documentation to substantiate claims.
