    :: CPD Facilitators & Managers::

CPD facilitators and managers have a unique role within the learning process for both staff and departmental groups

CPDConference.org is designed to help source reliable answers to the needs of the professions and we are trying to build a free central resource for educators to share their presentations and teaching materials.

We would be grateful to receive any resources or information that have been useful to you, especially in the provision and facilitation of CPD. Also, please contact us if you would like to share any tips or advice with your peers.

The success of the CPD resources depends on Healthcare Professionals helping their fellow colleagues. So far, we have found that the two key areas people need assistance with are planning and reflecting upon CPD activities.

CPDConference.org has downloadable and printable forms to help with these requirements based on advice from the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Click here for the CPD Forms & more information about the CPD process.
